ESTATE OF SAMUEL R. ROBINSON

In the matter of the estate of SAMUEL R. ROBINSON of Champion, Jefferson Co., NY:

On 14 December 1810, the Surrogate Benjamin Skinner, sent a notice to JOHN ROBINSON of Champion, father of the deceased, regarding Samuel who had deceased intestate. Application had been made by ARNOLD LEWIS for Letters of Administration on 14 December 1810.

In the file was an agreement memorandum made on 4 August 1808 between SAMUEL R. ROBINSON of LeRay of the first part, and JOHN ROBINSON of LeRay of the other part; whereas the said John Robinson has this day by deed conveyed to the said Samuel R., one hundred and thirty-nine acres and sixteen perches of land being part of lots number 655, in the Township of LeRay... which belonged to the party of the first part in consideration thereof as well as from natural affection, doth hereby engage to maintain and support the said John Robinson and Esther, his wife, the father and mother of the said Samuel R. in... all necessaries...
