In the matter of the estate of SAMUEL L. JACKMAN of Antwerp, Jefferson Co., NY: On 25 May 1855, WILLIAM L. WARREN of Antwerp, petitioned to open probate.

SALLY JACKMAN of Antwerp, of full age, widow of deceased

WILL OF SAMUEL S. JACKMAN

SAMUEL L. JACKMAN named his wife, SALLY JACKMAN. Named each of his sons: TIMOTHY JACKMAN, BENJAMIN JACKMAN and JONATHAN JACKMAN. Named his daughter, BETSEY LITTLE. Remainder of estate to WILLIAM S. WARREN and his wife, ELIZABETH. Named wife, SALLY JACKMAN as executrix and CLULY COPELAND of Antwerp and WILLIAM POWELL of Philadelphia, as executors. Will dated: 16 June 1852.

CODICIL:
Changed disbursement of money from wife Sarah to William S. Warren. Samuel and William Warren sold their adjoining land in Allegany County and with a portion of the proceeds bought and held jointly in fee simple a farm of 81 acres from William B. Cutter and his wife in the Town of Antwerp. And Samuel left his share of that farm to William S. Warren and his wife. Dated: 10 April 1855.
