JANE WASHBURN of Hounsfield, a minor having no general guardian, children of the testator.
OSCAR PARKER of Oswego Co., NY
MARAH PARKER of Hounsfield, minors having no general guardian, children of MARAH
PARKER, deceased and grandchildren of testator.
WALTER WASHBURN of Hounsfield, minor having no general guardian, child of JULIA ANN WASHBURN, deceased, and grandchild of testator.
Testator left no widow surviving him.
SCHUYLER WASHBURN named his eldest son, DYER. Named his second son, LUTHER. He ordered that the family burying ground at the northwest corner of the land given to Luther shall remain for a family burying ground and shall not be disposed of, containing half an acre in a square. Named his two daughters, AMY and JANE. Ordered that whichever of his children shall keep and maintain his grandchild, MARIAH, who lived with him, would received from Dyer and Luther moneys for her support and schooling. He appointed SAMUEL NELSON HODGES and his son, DYER WASHBURN, as executors. He named his grandson, WALTER WASHBURN when 21. Named his grandson, OSKER PARKER when 21. Will dated 7 April 1854.
