On 16 June 1835, JOHN C. KELLOGG, executor of the estate, stated that Seth L. Cutter had died 16 Jan. 1835 and left a will.

MABEL CUTTER, widow of Seth Cutter
POLLY ROCKWOOD, wife of WILLIAM ROCKWOOD, of Champion, Jefferson Co.
SETH CUTTER, a minor, Junior is in the City of Albany, NY; ELI WEST of Wilna appointed guardian.

SETH L. CUTTER named wife, MABEL CUTTER. Named his natural grandchildren but not by name. After wife's decease, his son, SETH CUTTER and grandson, SETH CUTTER, son of CYRUS CUTTER, deceased. Will dated 10 Jan. 1835. /s/ Seth L. Cutter
Witnesses: ELI WEST of Wilna and ELIJAH HORR of Wilna
