all children of the deceased and of full age. The deceased left no widow surviving.
WILL OF SOLOMON MAKEPEACE
SOLOMON MAKEPEACE, at age 85, made is will and named his son, JOHN P. MAKEPEACE. He named his daughter, LYDIA AVERY. Named his children: ELLIOT J. MAKEPEACE, SOLOMON MAKEPEACE JR., JOHN P. MAKEPEACE and daughters, LUCY COLE, URSULA SACKETT, MARY JANE SMITH, and LYDIA AVERY. He appointed ELLIOTT J. MAKEPEACE and WILLYS WILCOX as executors of his will. Will dated: 9 June 1868. /s/ Solomon Makepeace
