Petition to open probate by AARON PALMER, who stated that Solomon Perkins had deceased in the summer of 1830. SIMEON BATES, another witness to the will, was driving a stage in Upper Canada and not available to prove the will. Heirs and next of kin not named in the Petition.

SOLOMON PERKINS stated that he was of the Town of Champion. Named his wife, MARGARET PERKINS. Named eldest son, SPRAGUE PERKINS. Youngest son, HARLON PERKINS. Grandson, SOLOMON PERKINS. Named NOADIAH HUBBARD and AARON PALMER as executors of his will. Will dated 18 February 1820. /s/ Solomon Perkins
