ANN COCKERAN wife of _______Cockeran
JUDEE LYNCH wife of _____Lynch both sisters of Thomas Brophy and both residents of Ireland.
WILL OF THOMAS BROPHY
THOMAS BROPHY named his wife, ANN BROPHY. Named his sisters ANN COCKERAN and JUDA LYNCH and their children (not named). Appointed JASON PHELPS of Sackets Harbor as executor. Will dated 13 March 1848. /s/ Thomas X Brophy (his mark) Witnesses: JOHN DOYLE and GEORGE LEE both of Hounsfield, NY
Revoked the initial money to be given to wife, Ann, and amended her share to have one-third part of monies that executor may realize from the sale of his real estate and personal estate. Directed executor to set up suitable grave stones for himself and his brother, JOB. Codicil dated 17 April 1848. /s/ Thomas X Brophy.
Witnesses: GEORGE LEE and LEMUEL G. LEE both of Hounsfield.
