ANNIE ELIZABETH WAGER, all children of the testator, and minors with no general guardian
ESTHER WAGER, of full age, widow of testator.
WESTERN W. WAGER directed his executors to sell his law library to help pay expenses if the same could be done without any unreasonable sacrifice of the said library. Named his wife, ESTHER. Children to live with her if they chose to do so. Appointed JOSEPH MULLIN of Watertown and wife, ESTHER, as executors. Will dated 2 January 1855.
