In the matter of the estate of WILLIAM J. GREEN of Philadelphia, Jefferson Co., NY: On 20 November 1832 WILLIAM L. WEST of Theresa, NY petitioned to open probate as the general guardian of ELIZA H. GREEN, a minor.

OLIVE GREEN of Addison, Washington Co., Wisconsin, mother of the deceased and a legatee in the will
CLARISSA A. SUITS, wife of JOHN SUITS of Theresa, of full age, the late widow of the deceased

WILL OF WILIAM J. GREEN

WILLIAM J. GREEN named his wife, CLARISY ADALINE GREEN livestock and furniture that she had when they went to keeping house and her personal possessions. Named his mother, OLIVE GREEN and what property she let him have before he married. Named his brother, STEPHEN VAN RENSELAER GREEN. Made provisions for a possible unborn child. Named ROBERT TOWNSEND of Philadelphia, NY, THADDEUS SCHOFIELD and WILLIAM POWEL all of Philadelphia to be executors. Will dated 7 May 1842 at Philadelphia.
