Gillette of Worth; and children of deceased son Erastus Lyon, all minors having no general guardian. Ruth Lyon, residence unknown, Rebecca Lyon of Adams; Abram Lyon of Adams; Rachel Maria Lyon of Lorraine; Abel Lyon of Gouverneur, St. Lawrenc Co., NY; Rhoda Lashbrooks, wife of Hiram Lashbrooks of Gouverneur.Executors: sons, Robert Lyon and Henry Lyon. To daughter, Clarissa Jordan, land in Town of Rodman, bought of Abel Tucker in 1835, on which Clarissa now resides and then to her heirs excepting Mattison McDonald.To son, Robert, "all my home lot and farm on which I now resided situated in the Town of Worth, formerly Lorraine No. 2, containing 83 acres and 3/4 of land, being the same farm or lot purchased by me of Jeremiah Scott by Deed dated 22nd of March, 1825" (Deed not on record). This real estate was given as a trust to Robert, as the widow Tryphena, was to have "full, complete and comfortable support during her natural lifetime." devised to Robert upon the death of his mother. Also to her during her lifetime was left "all my household furniture" and at her death to be divided between the daughters or such of them as survived her."
