He married (1) October 27, 1811 in Palatine NY
MARIA SCHULTZ, daughter of JOHANNES J. and ELIZABETH (SUTS) SCHULTZ, was born Feb 2 1792 in Palatine NY.

PHOEBE GOODENOUGH, dau of JOHN and PARNELL (KEENE) GOODENOUGH (both parents of New England/English ancestry) was born c1807 in Copenhagen NY. Since FRANKLIN HUDSON BECK was born in LaFargeville, they lived at one point in the Town of Orleans.
