This indenture made the 26th day of August 1803, between AUGUSTUS SACKET of Sackets Harbour, Black River Bay, and MINERVA, his wife, of the first part, and WILLIAM WARING of the same place of the second part: WHEREAS PETER KENDALL bought from Augustus Sacket the lot of ground herein after described in consideration of thirty dollars, and has requested the said Augustus Sacket to convey the same to the said William Waring to whom the said Peter Kendall had sold the said lot...that certain half acre lot lying at Sackets Harbour Black River Bay in Oneida Co., NY, wheron the said William Waring now resides...
