Keyes; it appears..proof sufficiently shown that MARRIETTA KEYES, the daughter of the said Perley Keyes deceased named in his said will and for whom and whose issue the said William Wood was thereby appointed ..as will executor of the said will, (Marrietta) died on the 30 day of May in the year 1836 without issue and without having had issue...and the said William Wood...is desirous of relieving himself of the further administration of the estate of the said Perley Keyes deceased...Perley G. Keyes named administrator.
