Daniel Todd, son of Daniel and Eunice (Hitchcock) Todd, was born December 24, 1777 in Derby, CT and moved to Cornwall, thence to Milton CT and in 1805 to Whitesville, in the Town of Rodman, Jefferson County, where he died March 8, 1867. He was married September 1, 1801, to Betsy Peck, and they had three sons:
1. Daniel
2. David
3. Enoch L.
Enoch Lewis Todd, son of Daniel and Betsey (Peck) Todd, was born December 14, 1816 in Rodman and died there January 8, 1889. He was a successful farmer and respected citizen. He was married December 12, 1841 to Emmeline Jeannette Smith, daughter of Reuben and Pamela (Wright) Smith, of Rodman.
Lewis E. Todd, son of Enoch L. and Emmeline J. (Smith) Todd, was born March 13, 1846, and now resides on the paternal farm in Rodman. He married Zerviah Buell and their children are:
1. Clara E.
2. Clarence T.
3. Homer
4. Ella M.
