Asa SEATON FAMILY



1. ASA SEATON was born in Virginia in 1758. He served in the Revolutionary War, and is found on the Muster Roll of John Tyler's Company in the Conneticut Battlion, commanded by Lieut-Col Israel Putman in 1764. He is also found on the N.Y Register Index of Names. He was one of the early settlers of Henderson N.Y. 1801 He died in Coburg, Ontario in 1826.

He married 6 January 1778 Conneticut,
REBECCA BARNES, who was born 1759 in Branford Conneticut. She died Oct 1845 at Henderson N.Y. and was buried in Evergreen Cemetery at Henderson N.Y.
