1. ISAAC TRIPP was a sergeant in Capt. John Handy's Company of New York Volunteers under General Porter. He enlisted at Rochester for a term from April 1814 to August 1814. He was wounded at Fort Erie by a musket ball passing through his abdomen. He was in hospital at Buffalo six weeks and was discharged in October 1814.
He married
JENETTE LAWSON, who was born 1803. She died Mar 26 1883 at Champion.

2. ISAAC TRIP (son of ISAAC & JENETTE (LAWSON) TRIPP was born 27 Jun 1830. Although he was listed as a laborer in the 1850 census, by 1890 Child's Gazetteer finds him a farmer on Road 81. There he leased 232 acres of a Mrs Hall, and kept 25 cows. He died 10 Oct 1919 in Champion.

MELISSA ENSIGN who was born 19 Jan 1831 and died 14 Jun 1896 at Champion.
