In the matter of the estate of ASA M. NASH of Ellisburgh, Jefferson Co., NY:
On 31 January 1874, ANDREW NASH petitioned to open probate and stated that Asa had deceased on 20 December 1873 and left a will; further, that as executor named in the will he presented an heir list.
Heirs/next of kin:
ANDREW O. NASH of Ellisburgh, petitioner and executor
DIANTHA M. NASH
CORNELIA M. NASH all of Ellisburgh and all of full age.
No widow surviving Asa.
WILL OF ASA M. NASH
ASA NASH named his two daughters, DIANTHA M. NASH and CORNELIA M. NASH. He named his son, ANDREW O. NASH. He appointed HORACE M. WILDS of Ellisburgh, as executor. Will dated: 29 March 1870. /s/ Asa M. Nash
Witnesses: EDWARD W. AYER and BENJAMIN F. WILDS both of Ellisburgh
Will proved: 12 February 1874.
