AZARIAH WAY named his daughter, EMMA GREEN. Named his son, LATHROP WAY. Named his three sons: CHRISTOPHER, LATHROP and OLIVER. Appointed his son, LATHROP WAY, and friend, WILLIAM CRANDALL as executors. /s/ Azariah Way Witnesses: C. P. HILL and L. D. HILL.
CODICIL:
Appointed son, CHRISTOPHER WAY with his brother LATHROP, as executor of the will in the place of WILLIAM CRANDEL who was deceased. Codicil dated 16 April 1844. /s/ Azariah Way
