In the matter of the estate of CYRIL HARRINGTON of Rodman, Jefferson Co. NY: On 11 June 1855, LUCINDA HARRINGTON of Rodman, petitioned to open probate.

WILL OF CYRIL HARRINGTON

CYRIL HARRINGTON named his wife, LUCINDA HARRINGTON. She received land deeded to him by RICHARD HARRISON. Mentioned a lot deeded to him by CALEB HARRINGTON. Mentioned two chaldron kettles and 150 sap buckets. After her death, all to be equally divided to heirs. Named his eldest daughter, ALMIRA HARRINGTON, married woman. Named his eldest son, CALEB HARRINGTON. Named his son, ALMOND HARRINGTON. Named his daughter, MIRANDA HARRINGTON. Named his son, HENRY HARRINGTON. Named his son, HORACE HARRINGTON. Named his daughter, LUCINDA HARRINGTON. Named his grandson, HARRY UGEAN DAVIS, when 21 years. He decreed that daughter, LUCINDA and her son, HARRY UGEAN DAVIS to have their support on 55 acres of land willed to wife, LUCINDA, as long as the said Lucinda remained on the premises as she did then, and until she would have a home provided for her by her husband. His grandson, HARRY UGEAN DAVIS was to have a home on the premises until he was age 21. Will dated 25 December 1849.
