ANN E. ROBINSON, only child of ANN. W. ROBINSON, deceased, a daughter of the deceased, both minors having no general guarding in the state.
WILL OF DANIEL W. FORMAN
DANIEL W. FORMAN named his wife, ELIZABETH. Named his son, EDWARD, when he reached 21 years. Mentioned children, but not by name, of those who were minors and others who were married. Directed his wife to make a donation to the following benevolent societies: The American Board of Commissions for Foreign Missions; The American Bible Society; The American Sunday School Union and The American Tract? Society. Appointed his wife as sole executrix and guardian of all minor children. Will dated April 1849. (not signed?) Witnesses: S. B. UPHAM, MARY A. UPHAM and E. J. MASSEY all of Watertown, NY
CODICIL:
Daniel W. Forman declared that all of the estate and property which he owned at the time of his death "shall be disposed of as in the said Will and declared without reference to any change in the nature or amount of such property intervening the making of the will and his death or any change of circumstances whatever".
