Ruth Kimball, wife of Cotton Kimball of Martin, Alleghany Co., Michigan, all children of the deceased and of full age.
Daniel Hawes named his eldest son, Harry Hawes. Named his son Edward B. Hawes. Named his daughter, Ruth Kimball. Named his son, Bradford K. Hawes. Named his son, William Hawes. Requested a cancellation of a mortgage he held against his son, John Hawes, of Farmington, Wisconsin. Bequest by executor for the benefit and maintenance of Nancy Dismond. To son, Harry, after paying all funeral expenses, to erect good stones for his grave. Appointed Bradford K. Hawes as sole executor.
