EDWARD BARNEY disposed of his real estate and mentions son, ELIAKUM BARNEY, having reached a final settlement with him on 18 June 1833. Named the heirs of BETSY CARPENTER. Named CYRUS CARPENTER. Named IRA CARPENTER. Named JUSTIN CARPENTER. Names MARK CARPENTER. Named CLARRISSA CARPENTER. Named BETSY CARPENTER. Named ROXANA CARPENTER. Named SALLY CARPENTER. Named AMILA CARPENTER. Named SUSAN GOODENOUGH and her heirs. Named widow of EDWARD BARNEY, deceased. Named his son, JOHN BARNEY. Named his son, BENJAMIN. Named his daughter, REBECCA GORE and her heirs. Named the heirs of MERIAM COOK. Named REBECCA NOYES. Named BETSY COOK. Named his daughter, CAROLINE TAFT. Named his daughter, EUNIA BARNEY. Named SYLVESTER PARKER. Named ELIRA BARNEY. For missionary purposes he bequeathed to ELDER MARTIN E. COOK. He appointed JOTHAM BIGELOW sole executor. Payouts were to be made in the following order: widow SUSAN GOODRICH; BENJAMIN BARNEY; widow REBECCA GORE; heirs of BETSY CARPENTER; widow of EDWARD BARNEY; to CAROLINE TAFT; to EUNIA BARNEY, to REBECCA NOYES, to LIVINGSTON PARKER; to ELISHA BARNEY; to BETSEY COOK; missionary bequest; son JOHN BARNEY when his wife shall sign the above deed.
Named his sons, AARON and JOHNSON BARNEY, LEKEWIN DAMEROUS BROWN. Dated 30 December 1833. /s/ Edward Barney
