EDWIN H. TANNER made his will at age 33. Named his wife, DORRINDA P. TANNER. Named his son, ARTHUR JAY TANNER when 21. Named his son, ADDISON ASHLEY TANNER when 21. Named his daughter, FRANCES SUSAN TANNER when 21. All real estate and personal estate to DORRINDA P. TANNER, HARVEY D. PARKER, HIRAM DEWEY and JASON CLARK, executors of the will. Awarded custody of the children to Dorrinda. Will dated : not, but probable as 31 March 1853
