On 13 January 1845, EDMUND PURDY of Ellisburgh, petitioned to open probate and had appointed him and ELIZABETH PURDY, Edmund's wife, as executors.
Heirs/next of kin:
EDMUND PURDY and ELIZABETH PURDY, wife of the deceased.
EDMUND PURDY, ANN ELIZA PURDY, PERMILLA PURDY, GEORGE PURDY, EMERY PURDY and DUANE PURDY, children of the deceased and all residing in Ellisburgh, and all of them minors, having no general guardian.
WILL OF HARRISON PURDY
HARRISON PURDY named his wife, ELIZABETH PURDY as administrator, and eldest son, EDMUND PURDY as administrator. Named his eldest son, EDMUND PURDY. Named his eldest daughter, ANN ELIZA PURDY; his second daughter, PERMILLA PURDY. Named his sons: GEORGE PURDY, EMERY PURDY and DUANE PURDY. Son, GEORGE should go to live with his UNCLE GEORGE LEALING. Named the Episcopal Methodist Society. Will dated 17 September 1844. /s/ Harrison X Purdy (his mark)
