WILL OF HENRY WASHBURN
HENRY WASHBURN named his wife, ELIZABETH. Named his daughters, ELIZA MORGINA and MARY MIRANDA. Named his three daughters: TRIPHENA ELLIS, wife of ESQUIRE ELLIS; ELIZA MORGINA and MARY MIRANDA. Names his son, HENRY. Appointed his brother, JOSEPH WASHBURN and son, HENRY WASHBURN as executors. Will dated 17 June 1840. /s/ Henry Washburn.
Witnesses: HENRY STEARNS, PROSPER S. LYMAN and JEREMIAH FIELDS.
