CHRISTOPHER WODELL of Sandy Creek, Oswego Co., NY, all of full age.
HULDAH WODELL, of full age, widow of the deceased.
ISAAC WODELL named his wife, HULDAH. Named his grandson, AARON B. WODELL, son of WILLIAM WODELL. Named his grandson, ISAAC WODELL, son of WILLIAM WODELL, when 21 years. Named son WILLIAM. Named SANFORD B. HOLLEY and EMILY, his wife. Named his son, CHRISTOPHER and POLLY, his wife, and the legitimate children which Christopher had or might have, land in Sandy Creek, Oswego, NY. Left a sum of money to purchase a set of grave stones to mark the spot where he would be buried. To daughter EMILY or her legal representatives and to EZRA STEARNS who was appointed a trustee for the benefit of son, CHRISTOPHER, three equal portions or parcels. Appointed son WILLIAM WODELL and JEREMIAH FIELD and son-in-law, SANFORD B. HOLLEY as executors. Will dated 2 November 1846.
