In the matter of the estate of JACOB BASSA of Cape Vincent, Jefferson Co., NY:
Administrators appointed to the estate were CARRIE McCOLLUM of Buffalo, NY and WILLIAM H. FITZGERALD of Cape Vincent. They stated that Jacob had deceased on 1 November 1893 and died without a will. Dated 9 Feb. 1895. A sworn statement in the file by Carrie McCollum became by marriage to L. G. KELSEY. 9 Feb. 1895. MARY L. BASSA was the widow of Jacob Bassa and consented to have Letters granted to CARRIE McCollum and William H. Fitzgerald.
