James Earl (Senior) of Ellisburgh, named his daughter, ELIZA WILLIAMS and his daughter, NANCY POTTER. Named his daughter PRUDENCE WELCH. Named his daughter-in-law, HANNAH EARL, widow of his son, ELI, deceased. Ordered his executors to procure grave stones similar to the grave of his wife, ELIZABETH, not to exceed $20. Named his son, JOHN. Named his grandson, LORIN EARL. Named his son, WILLIAM. Named his son, JAMES. Left his sea chest to his grandsons, EARL FERNANDO and BRAYTON WILLIAMS. He appointed JOHN ALLEN and WILLIAM EARL as executors.
