Emma A. Tousley of Ellisburgh, petitioned to open probate and stated that James had died on 26 December 1882, and made his last will. That she is the Executrix of the will.

Mary E. Tousley of Adams, children of Ira Tousley, a deceased brother of the testator, all of full age except Mary E. who is a minor under 14 years.
Emma A. Tousley, petitioner, widow of the deceased.
James Tousley named his wife, Emma A. Tousley. Named his daughter, Marcia May Tousley. Appointed wife, Emma, as executrix.

Transcriber's note: Emma A. Tousley was the second wife of James R. Tousley. His first wife, Sarah G. Tousley, died 5 Sept. 1864.
