Harriet Merwin of Rodman
Sylenda Alverson, wife of Alananson Alverson of Russell, St. Lawrence Co., NY, all children of the deceased and all of full age.
Jesse Merwin, deceased, left no widow surviving.
Jesse named his wife, Rebekah. Named his daughters, Mary and Harriet. Named his daughter, Fanny. Named his daughter, Sylinda, wife of Alanson Alverson. Named his son, Talcott, and appointed him executor of the will.
Will dated 17 November 1842. /s/ Jesse Merwin. Witnesses: Joseph Whitehead and Thomas Van Renselaer Whitehead both of Rodman, Jeff. Co., NY
Increased the dollar amounts to each of his children. Codicil dated 20 April 1849. /s/ Jesse Merwin
Witnesses: Fred Emerson and Wm. B. Farwell both of Watertown, Jeff. Co., NY
