JESSE SPENCER named the Missionary Society. Named his sons, HARVEY and ISRAEL. Named his son, HIRAM W. Named his daughter, CLARISSA. Named his daughter, PAMELIA, and if her daughter, MARTHA JUNE, outlives her mother, the legacy would become hers. Named his daughter, CYNTHIA M. Named his three grandchildren: MARY C. SPENCER, HENRY C. SPENCER and GULETT A. SPENCER, when of age. Nominated HARVEY SPENCER as executor. Will dated 27 November 1855.
