Named his daughter, PAMELIA, and if her daughter, MARTHA JUNE, outlives her mother, the legacy would become hers. Named his daughter, CYNTHIA M. Named his three grandchildren: MARY C. SPENCER, HENRY C. SPENCER and GULETT A. SPENCER, when of age. Nominated HARVEY SPENCER as executor. Will dated 27 November 1855.
