HARRIET DUTTON, sister of the deceased of Newton County, Georgia and whose post office address is "Brick Store". All of full age. The deceased left no widow surviving him .
JOHN DUTTON of Watertown, NY named his brother, ERASTUS B. DUTTON of Rutland, NY. Named his sister SARAH W., wife of IVERSON L. GRAVES. Named his sister EUNICE, widow of the late THOMAS S. BAKER, now deceased. Named his sisters, MARY ELIZABETH and HARRIET DUTTON, of Georgia. He appointed John Lansing, Esquire, as sole executor.
