John Miller Estate



In the matter of the estate of John Miller of the City of Washington, D.C.:
On July 18, 1865, Caroline Parker, the mother of the deceased, and now wife of A. Parker, petitioned to open probate. She stated that John Miller had died on 2 September 1863 in Washington, D.C. of wounds received in battle and was formerly a resident of Ellisburgh, Jeff. Co. Further, that he left no will.

Caroline Parker, mother, wife of A. Parker
Julia Miller, only sister of the deceased, both of whom reside in Western in Oneida Co., NY.
