He named his beloved children: HIRAM PETTY, ASENATH CUNNINGHAM, SARAH ALLEN, LAURA WILLISTON, SHARILL VAN OSTRAND, ALPHONSO PETTY, COLLINS PETTY.

Witnesses: John Dickson of Antwerp and Levi Miller of Antwerp and John Wood of Wilna; John Rich shall provide proper gravestones, not to exceed twenty dollars with suitable inscriptions thereon.
