MARY DAVIS of Adams, Jefferson Co., at age 54, named sister, MURCY DAVIS; the Home Mishon Society; to Murcy all of her undivided interest in a certin piece of land which was deeded to Murcy Davis and W. H. H. DAVIS and herself, MARY DAVIS, by deed bearing date 27 October 1842, executed by JOHN DAVIS. To SARAH M. RISEN a home in her dwelling as long as Murcy Davis shall live. After Murcy Davis deceased the property to descend to VIOLA K. DAVIS, JOHN M. DAVIS, GEORGE D. DAVIS, REBECCA K. DAVIS. Murcy Davis to receive rest of property. Appointed Murcy Davis and ELEZER DEWEY executors. Dated 8 September 1852. /s/ Mary Davis
