Nathan Foreman Will



In the matter of the estate of Nathan Foreman of Ellisburgh, Jefferson Co., NY:
A Warranty Deed made 23rd day of June 1869 between Luther Haven of Ellisburgh, Jeff. Co., NY of the first part and Nathan Foreman of the same town of the second part; that the said party of the first part in consideration of the sum of $1,060 for him duly paid has sold a tract of land being part of Lots No. 68 and 67 bounded by the highway, to the NW corner of the old Jonathan Fish farm now owned by party of the second part..(.followed by a full legal description)
Recorded 3 January 1871 in Book 187 of Deeds at P. 115.

On 14 March 1872, Jane Foreman was appointed Administrator of Nathan Foreman's estate who deceased, intestate, of the town of Ellisburgh.

On 13 March 1872, Jane Foreman Petitioned to open probate on the Estate of Nathan Foreman of Ellisburgh. She stated that Nathan had departed this life on 5 March 1872 of a natural death and intestate.
