NATHAN FOSTER named his wife, AMY. After her death, estate divided into thirds. Named his son, NATHAN FOSTER and his heirs. Named daughter, ALZINA and her heirs. Named ELVIRA THOMPSON, daughter of Nathan's daughter, FANNY. Will dated: 6 December 1847. /s/ Nathan Foster
