On 14 April 1866, MOSELY O. ROBBINS of Hounsfield petitioned to open probate on the estate and stated he was the executor named in the will.

OLIVER ROBBINS named his son, MOSELEY O. ROBBINS. Named his daughter, SARAH S. ROBBINS. Named his daughter, THEODOSIA M. MOORE. Named JAMES H. SMITH, WALTER M. SMITH, THURSIA M. SMITH and FRANCIS D. SMITH, children of his daughter, DELIA LOUISA SMITH, now deceased. Appointed his son, MOSELY O. ROBBINS as executor. Named his wife, THEODOSIA. Will dated: 30 September 1858. /s/ Oliver Robbins Witnesses: OLIVER ROBBINS 2nd and SAMUEL BOYDEN both of Sackets Harbor, NY.
On 30 September 1858 he wrote a codicil in which he changed the amounts to James H. Smith, Walter M. Smith, Theodosia M. Smith and Francis D. Smith, children of his daughter, Delia Lorinda Smith. (He called her Delia Louisa Smith in the will.) Each to receive a specific amount and the balance to go to his daughter, Sarah S. Robbins. Dated 30 September 1858. /s/ Oliver Robbins
