In the matter of the estate of PHEBE B. HART of LeRay, Jefferson Co., NY:
GEORGE B. HART, HIRAM T. HOWLAND and ERWIN WILLARD, all of LeRay, Jefferson County, NY noticed by the Probate Court. George B. Hart, husband of the deceased, stated in a response to the court, that Phebe B. Hart departed on 5 June 1863 at LeRay, a natural death and died intestate, on 30 March 1868. /s/ George B. Hart

NOTE: Phebe B. Hart died 5 June 1863, at 52 years 29 days, wife of George B. Hart. She is buried in the Quaker Cemetery/Slocum-Child, at Fort Drum, LeRay, Jefferson Co. George B. Hart died 4 January 1884 at 77 years 24 days. He is also buried in the above cemetery.
