On 24 February 1847, JOHN M. CLINE of Lyme petitioned to open probate and Richard had appointed ELIZA GUILE (widow of deceased), GEORGE GUILE and JOHN M. CLINE as co-executors.

GEORGE GUILE, only son of the deceased
EDWARD PERSONS a son-in-law of the deceased
BYRON PERSONS, a grandson of the deceased, all of Lyme, NY

RICHARD GUILE named his wife, ELIZA GUILE. Named his son GEORGE GUILE. Named his grandson, BYRON PERSONS, born of his daughter, MARY, who was deceased. Named his son-in-law, EDWARDS PERSONS. Named his wife, ELIZA, as executrix and son, GEORGE GUILE and JOHN M. CLINE as executors. Will dated 24 September 1846. /s/ Richard Guile
