Samuel Linnell, late of Clayton having departed this life, on 13 August 1847, intestate, and Eunice Linnell as his widow...hereby waive my right to administer, and Charles R. Linnell of Lyme, being willing to take on the burden of administering, I hereby consent that he should be appointed Administrator of the estate of Samuel Linnell.

In the matter of the estate of Samuel Linnell of Clayton, who departed this life at Clayton:
He died on 13 August 1847, intestate and Eunice as his widow, withdrew as his executor. Therefore, Charles R. Linnell of Lyme was accepted as administrator of Samuel Linnell's estate.
Dated at Clayton on 17 Sept. 1847 by Eunice Linnell and Charles R. Linnell as witness.
