DEMPSTER GRAVES, IRENE AUSTIN wife of JACOB AUSTIN of Antwerp, NY, EMMA GRAVES of Gouverneur, NY, children of FRANKLIN R. GRAVES, a deceased son of STERLING GRAVES. All heirs and next of kin of full age except ADELAIDE TOOKER and EMMA GRAVES who are minors having no general guardian
Sterling Graves left no widow surviving him.
STERLING GRAVES named his daughter, LUCIA. Named his daughter, RUTH. Remainder to be divided between: ANNA GRAVES, BETSEY HAZEN, MATILDA HORR, HUBERT GRAVES, AMANDA TREDWAY, heirs of FRANKLIN R. GRAVES and heirs of OLIVE. L. WICKS, deceased, and the portion of FRANKLIN R. GRAVES and OLIVE L. WICKS, deceased, to be divided among their surviving children. Appointed ERASMUS D. ALLEN as sole executor.
