In the matter of the estate of SUSANNAH CLARK of Watertown, Jefferson Co., NY: On 23 February 1852, CHARLES CLARK of Watertown petitioned to open probate as executor.

JANE BRADNER, wife of ALONZO BRADNER of Watertown
SUSANNAH CLARK mentioned money that was set apart to her in the division of her husband's estate and held by her as a dower right during her natural life. Directed the money to be divided among her three children: CHARLES CLARK, ELIZA ANN HUNTINGTON and JANE BRADNER. Named her brother, RICHARD PHILLIPS. Named the Foreign Missionary Society and Bethel Society and the Education Society payable to the acting minister of the First Presbyterian Church in Watertown. Named two grandchildren: ANN ELIZA and MARY F., daughters of DYER HUNTINGTON. Appointed son, CHARLES CLARK, as executor.
