MARY M. HOW, widow of the deceased, of full age.
THOMAS Y. HOW named his dear and excellent wife, MARY M. HOW. Named his son, JACOB R. HOW, to receive 25 volumes from his library and his lectures. Remainder of estate to be divided into six equal parts, four of which he gave to his wife, Mary M. How. The other two—one to son Jacob R. How. And the other to his daughter, MARY Y. GEAR, wife of Rev. Mr. Gear. To his other children not mentioned in the will he left his blessing, begging them not to consider it as proceeding from want of affection but as resulting from what he regarded as proper under all the circumstances of the case. Will dated ___May 1855.
