On 3 April 1843, JOTHAM LITTLEFIELD of Ellisburgh, petitioned to open probate and Willard had appointed Jotham as executor of the will. Willard deceased 24 March 1843.

of Ellisburg, minors having no general guardian

WILL OF WILLARD LITTLEFIELD

WILLARD LITTLEFIELD mentioned mortgage on CYRUS LITTLEFIELD's premises to be given to to CYRUS for four years from the date of mortgage. Named the Baptist Missionary cause. Named his wife, PHILANA. Named his daughter, LORENA and son, CHESTER R. when he is 21. Named his brother, JOTHAM LITTLEFIELD, as executor. Will dated 7 February 1843. /s/ Willard Littlefield
