PAMELIA M. RUNDELL, wife of GUSTAVUS D. RUNDELL of Adams, daughter of the deceased, of full age.
URMAN SMITH and DELISLE SMITH of Ellisburgh, Indiana, minors having no general guardian, children of DIESTA SMITH, deceased and grandchildren of testator.
JULIA DEXTER of Henderson, of full age is the widow of the testator.
WILLIAM DEXTER made his will at age 66. He named his wife, JULIA. Named his grandchildren, URMON SMITH and DELISLE SMITH, when 21. Named his daughter, PAMELIA RUNDALL, wife of GUSTAVUS D. RUNDELL. Named WILLIAM MONROE DEXTER, who once lived with him as an adopted son. Named the American Bible Society of New York. Named his niece, LUCINDA PIERCE. Mentioned that he was the warrantee of Land Warrant No. 38.992 for 40 acres issued under the Act of Congress of September 18, 1850, dated 28 January 1852, which said land warrant was and is lost and whereas legal measures have been taken to obtain a duplicate of said warrant and it may not be received so as to be legally disposed of by me prior to my decease, I therefore in that case request order direct and empower my executor hereinafter named to sell and duly transfer assign and make over to the purchaser his heirs and assigns forever, the said duplicate warrant and authorize him to locate the same and receive a patent therefor and my said executor to give my estate credit for the net proceeds relating thereto. Mentioned his brother, ZADOCK DEXTER and appointed him sole executor. Will dated 13 August 1856.
