On 9 November 1858, JOHN GRAHAM of Pitcairn, St. Lawrence Co., SARAH GRAHAM, JAMES GRAHAM, WILLIAM GRAHAM, SUSANNAH GRAHAM, MARY GRAHAM and DOROTHY GRAHAM of the town of Wilna, JOSEPH B. GRAHAM of Schenectady, NY petitioned to open probate.

MARY GRAHAM
DOROTHY GRAHAM, of Wilna
JOSEPH B. GRAHAM of Schenectady, NY, petitioners and all of full age.
HENRY GRAHAM
ISABELLA GRAHAM
ANNIE GRAHAM
ELLA GRAHAM, minors having no general guardian, all children of the deceased.
SARAH GRAHAM of full age of Wilna is the widow of the deceased.

WILL OF WILLIAM GRAHAM

WILLIAM GRAHAM named his son, JAMES. He named his son, JOSEPH and son, JAMES. Named his son, WILLIAM. named his son, HENRY. Named his daughters: SUSANNAH, DOROTHY, MARY, ISABELLA, ANNIE and ELLA. Named his beloved wife, SARAH. He appointed his brother, JOHN, as sole executor of the will.
Will dated 30 October 1858. /s/ William Graham.
Witnesses: David Graham of Wilna and Gaylord Nye of Wilna.

CODICIL:
WILLIAM GRAHAM had excepted his son, JOSEPH from a share in the household furniture, etc. but now included JOSEPH and his heirs to have an equal share.
Codicil dated 1 November 1858. /s/ William Graham
Witnesses: David Graham and Gaylord Nye both of Wilna, NY
