William Plank Will

IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM PLANK of Rodman, Jeff. Co., NY:
On 26 February 1861, SEYMOUR S. PLANK petitioned to open probate.

HEIRS/NEXT OF KIN:
SEYMOUR S. PLANK, petitioner
ANDREW M. PLANK
EDWARD D. PLANK
JAMES A. PLANK of Rodman, Jeff. Co., NY
GEORE W. PLANK of Oswego City, NY

BERNARD H. PLANK of Mackford, Greeen Lake Co, WI
WILLIAM PLANK, Muir? post office, Iona Co., Michigan, all children of the deceased and of full age.
MARY PLANK, of Rodman, widow of the deceased.

Note: the listing of Mary Plank as William's widow may have been an error in Seymour's petition to open probate. Nancy Plank, wife of William, died 25 April 1866, at 81 years. William died 10 January 1867 at 77 years, 9 months, according to the markers in the Rodman Cemetery listing; however his will was proved in April of 1861. There is a marker for a Mary Plank in the Rodman Cemetery but there are no dates.
