EDWARD H. THOMPSON, of Rutland, a minor and only child and heir of the deceased
STILES THOMPSON of Champion, father of the deceased
Deceased left no widow
WILLIAM THOMPSON made his will at age 44. Made provision for support and maintenance of his father, STILES THOMPSON. Named his son, EDWARD H. THOMPSON. Executors to hold remainder of estate and after decease of his father, the balance to his son when 21 years. Appointed Executor as guardian and trustee for his son. Appointed HENRY HOPKINS as Executor.
