I, LONSON D. HARRIS of 641 Emerson Street of the City of Watertown, County of Jefferson and State of New York do make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament that is to say:
FIRST. I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND. I devise and bequeath to my daughter Ethel E. Dewey the house and lot known as 633 Emerson Street, Watertown, New York, also all personal property in which I have any interest now situate on what is known as the Evans Mills farm where my said daughter resides. I also give to my said daughter one half of the household furnishings.
THIRD. I give and bequeath to my daughter Pearl M. Martin who resides with me at 641 Emerson Street, Watertown, New York, the house and lot owned by me and known as 629 Emerson Street, Watertown, New York. I also give to my daughter Pearl my automobile and one-half of my household furnishings.
FOURTH. I give to my grandson Paul Martin my diamond ring and also a watch which he has in his possession.
FIFTH. I give to my grandson Ray Martin my stop watch.
SIXTH. I give to my grandson Charles Martin my guns and I also devise and bequeath to him ten acres of land owned by me at the Isle of Pines.
SEVENTH. I give and devise to my grandson Paul Dewey my winding watch which formerly belonged to my brother John to be kept by his mother Ethel and delivered to him when he is fifteen years of age.
EIGHTH. All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property of every name and nature I give and bequeath to my daughters Ethel E. Dewey and Pearl M. Martin in equal shares.
It is my wish that the household furnishings bequeathed to my daughters be divided among them and in the event that they do not agree upon the division, which I hope they will, my nephew John B. Harris will act in making the division.
I give to my executors full power and authority to sell and dispose of any real estate of which I may die seized.
I make, constitute and appoint my daughters Ethel E. Dewey and Pearl M. Martin to be executors of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the 27th day of September in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and thirty six.
